FAQ
How to use the app?
This Shopify app allows you to edit products or variants in bulk saving you precious time. For that, you simply need to create a new bulk update task.
To set up the task, you need to follow these steps:
- The first step is to narrow down which products you want to update. You can narrow down products based on a combination of price, title, sku and more.
Once that is done, you can decide to target specific variants of those products and apply updates to those specific variants only.
- The next step of the process is to define the updates you want to apply. The app provides a wide variety of fields that you can update and even allows you to update them using different operations.
Different fields can be edited differently, for the price field, you can decide to set a new price or increase/decrease the price of the products/variants. This can be useful for launching sales and updating products efficiently.
Other fields such as text fields allow you to replace the value, append to the end, prepend to the start or even do a search/replace operation. - Once you have set the updates you want to apply on the products/variants, it's time to define the schedule of the task. By default, the task is set to run immediately, but if you want, you can also schedule it for a specific date and time.
